 ****Joyce was the listing agent for a house we were interested in buying. We liked working with her and when we made an offer that was accepted, and later wanted out of the agreement; she got our earnest money back. She acted as our agent for a contingent purchase of another home, which we lost to another buyer because we couldn't sell our home in time to remove the contingency.
We were disappointed, however, Joyce said her experience was that when that happened people almost always find a home they like better. She worked hard to find us that home and her advice proved to be correct. We have been in our home now
since July 28, 2008, and have no regrets about our purchase. We were impressed with Joyce's honesty, her knowledge and her availability during and after our purchase. She found us contractors on short notice when we were moving between homes and has kept in touch.
We think Joyce is a great realtor and we would recommend her to anyone, especially our friends!

****I have been completely satisfied with Joyce working as my realtor.
We made the mistake of using someone else because the property that we were interested in was out of the area.That decision cost us time and money.
Fortunately, we were able to rectify that issue when we returned to Joyce.
Joyce always communicates clearly and promptly. We always feel as though we were are a priority to her.She always answered all of our questions. If she doesn't know the answer she will find out and promptly get back to us.
We never feel like we were taking too much time or asking to much. She very
efficiently handles all of our needs as investors.
I bought a house listed "for sale by owner" and paid Joyce's commission to
handle that sale just because I trusted that she would handle it in a very
professional manner and take the worry out of the transaction. The money was well spent. I would recommend Joyce to others and always do when the opportunity arises. Joyce is priceless to us. She does a lot of running around and research for us but yet never makes us feel rushed or pressured in any of our home buying.
